Hi, I'm Angharad..

I’m an integrative trauma psychotherapist and fellow human. I work with adults online and I am here to listen to you and support you​. I welcome you to come as you are.

I believe that, as humans, we have an innate ability to heal. We each have the capacity for change and, with the right tools and support, we can make choices and take actions that help us create a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who we are.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. My role is to offer a supportive, caring space where you can explore and make sense of these experiences. Over time, this helps you to reconnect with a sense of trust and safety within yourself and within your relationships, allowing you to feel more grounded and centred in the world

Initial Consultation Call

A counselling consultation call is a brief and informal conversation where we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and how I can best support you.

 

It is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and for us to get a sense of how we might work together. 

Counselling & Psychotherapy

One-to-one therapy sessions give you a safe, private space to talk openly about what’s on your mind.

 

We work together to make sense of your experiences. I’ll support you as you find your own clarity and ways to move forward that feel right for you.

Trauma Processing

The Rewind Technique is a non-intrusive, evidence based and highly effective treatment for trauma, PTSD, and phobic symptoms.

 

It reduces the emotional impact of difficult memories and flashbacks without needing you to revisit the details, helping to prevent the memory from intruding into everyday life.
